Description:

To motivate the children about wild life protection, a special assembly was conducted on May 13th, 2025.The assembly started with a prayer by the students to seek the blessings of the almighty. .

This was followed by a introduction of the guests of the Corbet tiger training centre kalagarh. Mr Binderpal ji director Corbett tiger wildlife training centre, Mr. Indra Singh Bisht ji range officer Corbett tiger training center Kalagarh and 32 forest guard trainees, Mr Binderpal ji addressed the students about the wildlife protection and other important issues about the forest. in summer forest caught fire so he advise the students to motivate other for the protection of the forest ,wildlife and other natural resources so that there will be a balance in the ecosystem. Management of the school welcome them all.

St. Francis Convent School is a branch of the Institute of the Franciscan Clarist Sisters of the Most Blessed Sacrament. The Institute, a religious society was founded by venerable Mother Seraphina, a great educationist, in Italy. The aim of the society is to educate the youth and care for the destitute. The school was opened on 14 January 1957, with five tiny children, on the convent verandah. As days passed by, the request for admission was so great that accommodation became a problem. Hence, on 10 October 1961 the foundation stone was laid for the school building. In the foundation year the K.G. Section became a co-educational primary school. In 1977, Class VI was added.
